I dunno about that!
Full exhaust, Intake pipes, E85 conversion, Cobb Pro Tune should be enough to get you there.
EDIT: That should be good to the wheels. (You beat me in your reply.)

No 1.5 is out of the turbo's efficiency range
1.4 bar with intakes, full exhaust, intercooler, bigger injectors, fuel pumps will get you 650 at the crank

oem pump on how much power is calculated?
OEM injectors are maxed out at high speed in 6th gear.
My cars measured in DD dyno 603HP 805NM on 1.3bar/1.03bar boost with full exhaust, intake, bigger injectors when running E85.
MAximum power on my car at midrange boost 1.4bar/ 1.15bar at redline maybe 640-650crank hp.
But regular gas 95, 98RON can't make these power in my opinion.

With all the standard breathing mods, 650hp at the flywheel is achievable.
AMS Downpipes
Greddy Full Ti Exhaust
Upgraded Actuators (more boost and trq in the midrange)
Cobb AP and custom calibration
Harmon Intakes
IF 1000cc Injectors
Very easy and achievable.

Keep your BOV's stock. Go with intakes, 90mm downpipes with no cats, 90mm ypipes no cats, catback exhaust, injectors (you can buy mine as you know), cobb AP with custom etune, and THAT'S ALL YOU NEED for your 650 crank hp goals!

Why leave the stock bov ?
because is a useless upgrade.
What you get from a bov is..........
"pew pew" "vooooooshhhhhhhhhh" or "pheeeeeeeeeee pheeeeeeeeeee" or sound of dying squirel like the Greddy.
and it slightly build up boost faster..... slightly means it is to the point that not really making a world of difference.
I do use GFB 50% vent though, becasue....I just want to =P
